JC Techie is the digital plant chemistry side of Juschem Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — the same expertise that drives our audits and training, made continuous and quantitative.

Why this exists

Every plant we audit has the same problem: the data needed to run good chemistry is already there. It’s spread across DCS tags, lab notebooks, online analyser streams, and standalone dashboards that don’t talk to each other. By the time an issue surfaces in a quarterly review, the corrosion or scaling event has already cost money.

JC Techie closes that gap. It is a chemistry-aware monitoring layer — not a generic analytics platform — purpose-built for steam-water cycles, RO trains, and cooling systems.

Is JC Techie available today?
JC Techie is in active development with a small group of design partners. If your plant would benefit from early access, write to Contact@just-chemicals.com with your plant type and current monitoring stack.
How does it integrate with our existing DCS or historian?
JC Techie sits alongside your DCS — it doesn't replace it. We connect via standard interfaces (OPC, REST, CSV exports from PI / Wonderware / Yokogawa, LIMS exports) and layer chemistry-specific intelligence on top.
Does data leave the plant?
Deployments can be on-prem, hybrid, or cloud — design-partner plants choose. For sensitive utilities, an on-prem appliance runs entirely inside the plant network.
How is this different from generic plant analytics platforms?
Generic platforms give you charts. JC Techie ships with cycle-chemistry expertise baked in — the same EPRI / VGB framework Juschem uses for audits, encoded as software.
What does a design-partner engagement look like?
Roughly: a chemistry audit, a data-source inventory, a 60-day pilot scoped to one unit, then a monthly cadence with the Juschem team. Pricing is sized to plant scale.
